5. Constantly feed your curiosity.

6. Use the power of intuitive thinking in all business operations

7. Avoid pushing for consensus too early.

8. Train employees to adopt the attitude of constructive discontent that is, disallow complacency.

9. Let employees know that mistakes are allowed in creative and Innovative endeavors.

10. Do not limit the number of ways people can succeed as long as it is ethical.
