Sex is not love! Our culture has taught us that sex and love are one in the same. This is a lie. Sex is a beautiful God-given activity that is wonderful when practiced within the boundaries of a Biblical marriage. Sex is the completion of the binding of two people within Biblical marriage; it is a God-given gift.
Pre-Marital Sex: because premarital sex is not love, it only leads to pain and disappointment for those who are seeking that love. The Bible says that when two people are married, they become one flesh (Ephesians 5:31). Sex is consummation of that union. When two people break off their relationship after having sex, it is like ripping apart flesh. This is why two teenagers will struggle so much and become so dependent on those they give their bodies to. In light of I Corinthians 13:4-8 (above), it is easy to see that premarital sex is not patient, it is not kind, it does not protect, it is self-seeking. It is not love!
Does having sex mean I'll fall in love? Being in love sometimes leads to sex, but having sex will not guarantee that you or your partner will fall in love. So, if you're using sex to get love, you'll probably be disappointed. Sex means something different to everyone. So does love. Sometimes, having sex makes you feel like you're in love, but it can fool you. You think you're in love because of the way a person makes you feel physically -- not because of who they are and what you give to each other. Also, strange as it sounds, having sex too soon can actually thwart love. When two people get too physical, too quickly, they sometimes get embarrassed and pull away from each other. It's easy to bare your body -- much harder to bare your soul. So sometimes, sex feels like the fast way to love and intimacy. It's not. Truth is couples who take their time to become friends and are waiting till they get married before having sex usually become closer and more intimate. And that's love.

How to get the man you love to love you in return
This is a difficult subject to tackle because there are those people who argue that no matter what a person does or does not do they cannot make another person love them. However, other people disagree and say that it is possible to make someone fall in love with you.
Believing, that it is possible to make someone fall in love with you is where most relationships begin. If you have faith in yourself and you believe that a relationship will grow into a long and lasting loving relationship then you have accomplished the hardest part of the task.
If you truly love a man you can gain his love in return, however be careful and do not try so hard that you begin to smother him and drive him away. Start simple and small simple gestures like eye contact and a long gazing smile will work for the initial icebreaker.
If the man approaches, you for the first time simply offer him the chance to sit with you, to hang out, and to chat about something he may have on his mind. Often times this will show the man you care to listen to what he may have to say. Simple little things such as a brief touch here and there is a sign to the man you love that you want to feel him and touch him. This shows him your affectionate side and you need to and want to have contact with him. Try inviting him over to your home for a quiet dinner and some movies fix a nice hearty meal or ask him what he likes and get something form a restaurant and bring it home. On the other hand, pizza delivered in and movies are a nice way to spend less time cooking and more time with him. This should be after you have spent some time with him never welcome a strange man into your home until you know him and are comfortable with him being there alone with you.
Next surprise him for lunch or bring him a special lunch one day for no special reason or make the lunch a special reason just so you could see him and spend some extra time with him. This is always nice if he has the time on his lunch break to do this. Hint and ask first to see how long his breaks are and when he can or does take his breaks then be early so he has plenty of time to enjoy the meal and does not have to scarf it down then return to work. This way he can eat and visit with you then have time for the meal to settle before he returns to work.
These are just some small things and way to make a man feel special and loved and soon you should begin to feel his love in return. Do not feel bad or discouraged if the man does not tell you that he loves you soon after the relationship begins this is a difficult thing for most men to do. This shows feeling and maybe a sign of weakness to allow people into their hearts is scary. Yes, I said scary for a man to allow feeling for another person especially a woman. However, it does happen it will just take time allow him the time he needs and continue to show him your love as much as possible.
What are some of the things you can look for in order to know if someone really cares or has interest in you?
In the beginning of a potential relationship you should look for the simple things, like are they attempting to contact you in some fashion? Understand that if someone calls you they had to be thinking of you first in order to initiate the call. The same thing goes with an email, a text message, or even a card in the mail. Hopefully, in this stage, their intent is to get to know you on a friendship level. In the dating stages you should be looking to see if his or her interests are reflective of their behavior. Take your time and determine if they are content with talking to you on the phone, see if he or she truly enjoys and appreciates those kinds of opportunities.
When you are together with someone ascertain if he or she is enjoying being with you, or if they are trying to initiate something beyond spending quality time with you. Remember that there are many people who may find you physically attractive and they may wish to pursue that aspect of a relationship. The physical aspect of a relationship should be reserved for the substantial bonding of marital bliss. Understand that your judgment will be clouded by your emotions if you allow physical intimacy into your relationship foundation. You want a guy or a gal that is enjoying your companionship and fellowship. Get a feeling for his or her desire to associate with you as a buddy or pal. Let go of all those romantic dreams and fantasies until the relationship has matured enough to warrant it. As time goes along determine by their actions if he or she is looking forward to making contact with you on a daily basis. The more time you spend together in communication and in companionship, the greater your bonding. Determine if he or she is putting off other things in order to make room to spend quality time with you. Are they going out of their way to be with you? Or are you feeling like you have been put on a shelf while he or she is pursuing other interests?
Another thing to look for is the things that he or she may be willing to do for you, as well as the gifts they may give you, (as long as it does not appear that they are trying to buy you). Generally if a guy brings you flowers or other small gifts that is a positive. However if it appears as though he is trying to impress you with his financial wealth in some manner, that might say to proceed with caution. Look for simple things, like are they trying to help you accomplish things that are important to you? If you tell him or her that your car needs washing, do they ask if they can assist you? If he or she did, it would establish a positive intent. If they are going grocery shopping do they ask if they can pick anything up for you? Remember it’s the thought that counts and these kinds of actions may demonstrate an otherness mindset.

Branding as a concept or field of human endeavor is no longer new. It has grown so much that almost everywhere you go today, you find someone or company talking about branding. Branding as we know it today as in fact taking an all new dimension as it is no longer what only companies and big organizations do, it has become what individuals also do and I dare say that it is what every single person should/must do. You must BRAND yourself!
While indeed I am talking about branding yourself in the sense that it is generally known, that is, creating a particular image in the minds of people and clients about yourself that makes them see you in a certain light, I am at the same time talking about Branding yourself in another light.
So, how do I mean when I say BRAND yourself? To explain my concept of Branding yourself, the word “BRAND” will be used as an acronym with each letter having a meaning and life of its own.
B-Boldness
In the world of today, there is nothing you can do if you are not bold-courageous; darling; fearless; lion-hearted, what else? Fill in the gap. The lion is described as the king of the jungle because of its boldness. It does not withdraw from any other animal in the concept that prevails is “survival of the fittest.” In this world, the timid and cowardly will always play second fiddle to the bold.
R- Responsiveness
The in-ability for responsiveness is what is responsible for pain many people experience. Responsiveness is your ability to positively respond with emotion to people and events. The truth is that life will throw many things at you that are negative and uncalled for. Things will happen to you that will want to shake you and sweep you off your feet. And the fact of the matter is that these things are part of life.
The way you respond to these things issues of life when they happen shows whether you are being responsive or reactive. Your disposition at such times of life challenges matters a lot.
For example, when you take a patient to the hospital, you say he is responding to treatment when the medication is having positive effect on him and you say he is reacting when the effect of the medication is negative. The question I have for you is, are you responding to life or you are reacting?
A-Ability
If you like call it talent; gift; acquired skill e.t.c the fact remains that every single person, including you has ability that you must seek to discover. Someone rightly said that, “responsibility is response to ability.” If your ability is not readily noticeable, then you’ve got to dig deep for it. But for sure, it is there.
Your ability is key to unraveling the puzzle in the process of BRAND-ing yourself. You cannot afford to ignore it, because it determines your identity; it puts you in a class of your own. It turns you from a nonentity (one who is faceless) to a celebrity.
For a kanu Nwankwo, it is the ability to play football. For Nice, it is the ability to sing and for me (Adeoye Adeshina), it is the ability to write and speak. What is you own ability? Remember that if you ignore your ability, you will remain a liability.
N- Nice
One of the things that help to attract friends is a friendly attitude. “he that must have friends must himself be friendly”
In a world where public relations speak volume you cannot afford not be a nice person. Nice means,”Socially or conventionally correct; refined or virtuous.” And it also means, “Exhibiting courtesy and politeness.” You must be the person that is easy to get along with, not the one that is always picking up quarrel over every little thing, throwing tantrums at the slightest of provocation. If you are someone like this, you will soon end up being your own client.
You must be genuinely interested in people and have their sincere interest at heart. To be nice therefore, you must be N-Noble, I-Interested in people, C-Caring and E-Engaging.
D-Dutiful
There is no level of branding you do that will amount to anything if you are not someone who is busy doing the things you are supposed to be doing, especially in the area of your ability.
There are so many people who are busy, but their busyness does not translate into business. Business here for me, is about doing the things that speak and project your own brand; using your ability to work out your destiny.
Wake up every morning and give what it requires to get the result that you desire.
Don’t be the kind of person that is laid back and someone or something has to push before you do what you have to do; push yourself. Even Jesus said, “I have to be about my father’s business while it is day, for the night comes when no man can work.”

Perfect man and woman
The perfect man is the one who is loving, romantic, intelligent, soft minded, respectful and is willing to communicate with you at all the times, willing to work through ANY & EVERYTHING with you he does not let anybody influence him. He is committed to his lady and does not hide any secrets. He does not cheat and does not have a need to look at other women when he knows he has the woman he wanted. I wonder if this kind of man exists!

Many people do not trust their faith, because they do not know what it is. They confuse it with fancy or imagination, but it is spiritual faculty which does not guess or think or doubt, but which views, for it sees the way out which the other faculties cannot see.

Some top Habits for you to start improving your Life!
Time and again I have seen many people who ask me certain question, wanting to change certain habits and develop good habits. I don’t generally call anything to be a good or bad habit. I prefer calling them Useful or Not useful habits. Because the moment you call them good or bad, you begin to start justifying. Once you question your integrity about what is useful or not useful you tend to me more objective and make the right decisions. Few habits which I feel that you must have to develop (if you have not done so yet) that will for sure improve the quality of your life and take your like to the next level are as follows.
1. Be an Early Bird: I really mean it. The energy that surrounds you early in the morning is so refreshing that it gives you the momentum to go higher. I know there are a few of who say, “Hey listen I work late in the night and how do you expect me to wake up early in the morning”. If possible do change your schedule of working, else at least wake up at least 3 to 4 times in a week to start with. There is a specific reason why the Sun always rises in the east at a specific time in a day. We don’t need to understand the reason but just use it with the blind faith and belief that there is a purpose and will do a lot of good for us.
2. Move your Body and Exercise: Motion means emotion. Any super achiever is so because of the mental state they are in and the way you use and drive the body physiology determines the mental state you are in. if you feel lousy you can never step out to take action and action means results. Your body needs to be more tuned to your work, your breathing and your beat must be in harmony with the thoughts and action and the way to do so is by exercising. Take a brisk walk for 20 minutes or practice, play a game of tennis or volleyball.
3. Grow your Brain with Mental Activities: Read a book per week. Do your best to finish it or at read 20 pages every day. Once you do it for 3 days increase to 40 pages per day.
4. Don’t Worry Be Happy: – The choice of being happy is always with you. There is no reason for you to celebrate and be happy. As you wake up in the morning just decide to be happy. Smile every day. For the first 4 hrs of the day whomever you meet, you must have to smile at them first even before you start work with them. A smile move a million cells, a thousand nerves and few hundred muscles and as said before motion creates emotion and would make you feel energetic and perform better.
5. Say thanks with a Sense of Gratitude: You must be thankful for many things that happen in your life. First thank The Almighty God for His plans for your life. Thank yourself for what you are. As you do so your self esteem too increases. Thank the people around you for making a difference in your life. Your family, colleagues, friends and many more. Thank many unknown people who are making your life better. You might not have seen them but the person plants the tree which bears fruits makes a difference in your life. Do this every day in the morning and before bed. You would push yourself to achieve more.
6. Goals and Small tasks for the week: Once you have the bigger goals, you must have to chunk them down to smaller tasks. This will make you achieve your targets faster and makes it achievable. Small tasks are always easy to achieve.
7. Action towards goals and strategies: Failure is not when you do not get the results you want. Failure is when you do not take action. Once you set your goal, if you do not take any action on that I don’t think you would ever achieve it. Kill Procrastination this moment . Successful people are so not because they were lucky. Have that momentum in you so that you can move faster to achieve what you want.

Dream: somebody once said that the future belongs to those who believe in the quality of their dreams. Dreams are the starting point. You can attain greater heights, but it starts with a dream. THE MIGHTY MAN AND HIS FAITH
Faith is very important in our lives. It helps us to work with God and deal with the affairs of life. It is known that without faith we cannot please God and with faith, even as small as a mustard seed, we can move mountains.
What makes a mighty man is majorly his faith. The loss of faith has reduced many a mighty man. This loss of faith usually results from trials and persistent adverse situations. The loss of people or things we cherish most can easily lead to a loss of faith, faith in our God is tested and our souls wallow away in self pity, remorse and bitterness. Depression so heavy it can be felt by both people and things around us. This situation results in gradual loss of our faith and the man that use to speak things into happening no longer speaks as doubt creeps in and ravages his faith. Fear of negative results and the stack reality of his physical situation begin to torment his soul. He gradually begins to seek companionship with people of same situation (as birds of same feathers flock together) and finally slips into the obscure. If even he goes to church, he is just a bench warmer who knows it all and can only but criticize those who are on the pulpit from the choir to the ministers (he easily forgets that though he can do it better than them, he is not doing anything while those he criticizes are working anyway). The idle man’s mind has become the devil’s workshop! Various kind of sin begins to become the order of the day, first privately (in secret) and sooner/later publicly in the open). They may still attend church services, user, sing in the choir, shout halleluiah now and then, they may even have one title of the other – deacons, evangelists, Sunday school teachers, pastors, e.t.c but within, they are just filthy tombs with a good painting on the outside. They easily become tools in the hand of the devil and most time wondering how they have so fallen from grace. Oh how are the mighty fallen:
I would like to consider two lives in this respect.
King Saul was a shy boy, raised up by God’s anointing and became a mighty king. Under pressure and because of lack of faith, fear took over (underlying this was the sin of greed, pride and self seeking) and he fell from grace. He remained thus adding to his errors everyday till death. This mighty man never woke up. Job was a mighty man and when afflictions came, he shouted, ranted and even quarreled with friends, wife and everything was lost but hear his testimony – though HE slay one, yet will I trust HIM, faith held on and he was restored even to double of what he lost. He refused to insult God whether directly or indirectly by sinning or living in negligence to God’s work and word. He stood firm. As I speak to every mighty man, wake up; let your faith hold you. Dust your Bible, go to the book of Hebrews and energies your faith. Pray until you can feed your faith speaking to you saying, ‘I am awake’
I dare to ask you even now do might man ‘where art though’? Where are those shouts of prayers we use to hear coming from your room? Where are the prophesies you use to prophesy? Where are the living words that use to come from your mouth?

Wake up from the miry clay, take your stand again amongst the men of God. This alarm is sound for you to get up. What hold you down is not the situations around you but your mindset- loss of faith. So get up and pray to God to help your faith. So get up and pray to God to help your faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. Speak to DADDY again. I mean DADDY just as you use to call HIM!!!
Sin is a killer, the soul that sins shall die. The wages of sin is death. Sin de-bases disrobes you. It lifts the covering of the glory of God off you. No wonder Adam found himself naked and had thought to hide from GOD! The direct result of sin! The guilt drives us away from God’s presence! If even he goes to church, he is just a bench warmer who knows it all and can only but criticize those who are on the pulpit from the choir to the ministers (he easily forgets that though he can do it better than them, he is not doing anything while those he criticizes are working anyway). The idle man’s mind has become the devil’s workshop! Various kind of sin begins to become the order of the day, first privately (in secret) and sooner/later publicly in the open). They may still attend church services, user, sing in the choir, shout halleluiah now and then, they may even have one title of the other – deacons, evangelists, Sunday school teachers, pastors, e.t.c but within, they are just filthy tombs with a good painting on the outside. They easily become tools in the hand of the devil and most time wondering how they have so fallen from grace. Oh how are the mighty fallen:
I would like to consider two lives in this respect.
King Saul was a shy boy, raised up by God’s anointing and became a mighty king. Under pressure and because of lack of faith, fear took over (underlying this was the sin of greed, pride and self seeking) and he fell from grace. He remained thus adding to his errors everyday till death. This mighty man never woke up. Job was a mighty man and when afflictions came, he shouted, ranted and even quarreled with friends, wife and everything was lost but hear his testimony – though HE slay one, yet will I trust HIM, faith held on and he was restored even to double of what he lost. He refused to insult God whether directly or indirectly by sinning or living in negligence to God’s work and word. He stood firm. As I speak to every mighty man, wake up; let your faith hold you. Dust your Bible, go to the book of Hebrews and energies your faith. Pray until you can feed your faith speaking to you saying, ‘I am awake’
I dare to ask you even now do might man ‘where art though’? Where are those shouts of prayers we use to hear coming from your room? Where are the prophesies you use to prophesy? Where are the living words that use to come from your mouth?
‘o mighty man, where are thou?
Wake up from the miry clay, take your stand again amongst the men of God. This alarm is sound for you to get up. What hold you down is not the situations around you but your mindset- loss of faith. So get up and pray to God to help your faith. So get up and pray to God to help your faith. Faith comes by hearing the word of God. Speak to DADDY again. I mean DADDY just as you use to call HIM!!!
Sin is a killer, the soul that sins shall die. The wages of sin is death. Sin de-bases disrobes you. It lifts the covering of the glory of God off you. No wonder Adam found himself naked and had thought to hide from GOD! The direct result of sin! The guilt drives us away from God’s presence! But the truth is that we should actually run to God at such times so as to be restored!

Attitude!
Is your attitude right? You are today what you thought about yesterday, you will be tomorrow what you think about today. Attitude could be said to be the way we think or feel about somebody or something. Attitude is either positive or negative. “In the game of life you can be up one moment and down the next, reason for this is the attitude we choose consciously or unconsciously” your attitude will determine you outlook on life and how you view the world-happy or sad, positive a situation to be disastrous, while another person may see it as an opportunity for trying out something new. The inner attitude you have about yourself will determine your level of success far more than the skills and training you have received. Your thoughts become your beliefs, and your thoughts determines where “good” (positive) or “bad”(negative) messages are sent from the brain to the rest of the body. There is a complex relationship between the mind and the body. The way you perceive yourself can give rise to feeling of joy, despair, anger, rage that can cause heart disease, asthma, ulcers etc.
We need to understand how our thoughts arise and are influenced; they come into the brain from what we hear, what we see, what we read and what we say to ourselves. Optimism and pessimism are learned attitudinal behaviors and they can be relearned. We need to constantly monitor our attitude to make our own corrections.
